Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room, although a little small and facing the bustling crossroads by the tube station, was beautifully appointed, luxurious, and very comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent with multiple thick doors that blocked out outside noise. The service was top-notch with polite, friendly, and ever so helpful staff. The location couldn't have been more convenient, being just a literal 30-second walk from the Tube and surrounded by plenty of eateries and attractions. The dining experience was of great quality, although the additional charges for certain items were a bit disappointing. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel was beautifully designed and comfortable, but a bit noisy on the first night due to the bustling city sounds. The service varied from high-quality professionals to younger, inexperienced staff, with some going above and beyond expectations for special occasions. The location was excellent, right by Holborn underground, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience had some hits and misses, with additional charges for certain items. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel had a perfect room, especially highlighting the featured bathroom. The bar staff went above and beyond throughout our stay, making our 10th wedding anniversary special. The location was great, being right by Holborn underground with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was good overall, although a dish had to be sent back. The hotel offers fresh-baked scones, which were delightful.
I couldn't resist staying longer in the magnificent room, even skipping my British Museum visit just to savor the comfort. The noise from the bustling London streets on the first night was a minor hitch, but overall a lovely experience.
